  This place is a staple in Westminster for a reason. The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are fair. Probably the friendliest staff I've ever experienced anywhere. The one and only negative would be the smokey smell, but it's really not that bad.

  Service was great but the bathroom, floor, and door in the dining area were disgusting. We sat near a door in the dining area that was covered in dust & grease. Had to go home to change clothes after we left cause we smelled like fried food & cigarettes. The grits were delicious but the country fried steak biscuit wasn't fully cooked & what I did eat of it gave me food poisoning. I've missed 2 days of work & had to go to the dr. Feeling awful since eating here. I won't be returning.

  I was happy to find a place to eat on a Sunday morning. The waitress was very nice.
  We had to leave because they ignore the clean air act. Smokers light up and filled the place with cigarette smoke. Very ignorant. I felt sick and angry that even small children were being forced to breath poisonous smoke. Had to leave. Unless you enjoy second hand smoke while you eat, avoid Eva's in Westminster.

  Food was good, service was good but the smokers in the restaurant was absolutely terrible. They only had 5 tables in a side room for nonsmoking but the entire restaurant smelled like cigarette smoke. Would not suggest eating here unless you are a smoker.

  Breakfast was really good. My children loved it. We will be dining here again in the future. Hash browns was better than huddle house just a little crispy. But still good
